The golf villas do NOT have a waterway view. The golf villas sit on the actual greens of the golf courses.

Some of our properties sit along the Intracoastal Waterway, which is just West of the ocean. The Intracoastal Waterway runs along Barefoot Resort and can be viewable from the Yacht Club Villas and the North Tower condos.

Yacht Club Villas & the North Tower are located on the Intracoastal Waterway.

The resort itself is a little over one mile from the ocean. Please note, if your condo sits further back in the resort, the distance may be increased to a two/three mile distance from the ocean.

The shuttle service is operational seven days a week and runs from May until Labor Day Weekend. After Labor Day, it runs weekends only until the end of October. The shuttle runs about every hour starting at 9am until 4:30pm from locations around the resort and from the beach at 46th avenue North. The shuttle no longer picks up at Yacht Club Villas and the North Tower. Shuttle will stop & pick up at golf driving range and Barefoot Landing upon request. Rider must tell driver upon entering shuttle.

Unfortunately, there are no public tennis courts located on Barefoot property. There are public tennis courts located at Ocean Creek Resort across from Barefoot Landing.

Unfortunately, there is not a community gym on site to use.  The North Myrtle Beach Aquatic and Fitness Center is located just a short distance from Barefoot Resort

There is one bar and grill located on property; Dirty Dons Oyster Bar and Grill. Multiple restaurant choices are located just off of property in Barefoot Landing. Barefoot Landing is situated just in front of the resort, off of the main highway. For more information on dining near the resort click here.

Yes! You have a neighborhood pool that you have access to, as well as the large pool at the North Tower. If you are a guest at the North Tower, please note that you only have access to that large pool.

Your kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate all of your cooking and dining needs.

A washer and dryer are available in all condos in Barefoot Resort. There is also NO daily maid service. Rooms are prepared upon arrival and departure by our housekeeping company.

Linens and towels are included in the our rates. We also provide starter paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, soap, and trash can liners. We DO NOT provide towels for the pool or the beach.

Yes, you will need to return your keys to our office located at 4930 Village Hill Drive in North Myrtle Beach.  Check-out time is at 10am. Please remove all garbage and food from the kitchen. Upon check-out we ask that you start the dishwasher with the dish detergent we have provided for you. Please strip the linens from the beds and pile them by the front door, along with the towels that were used during your stay. Check-out procedures will be outlined in your final confirmation letter.

Yes, we will email you the final confirmation with the check-in instructions. Check-in time is at 4pm-6pm in Prime Season. When the final payment is made on your condo we will send you the address to your condo and our office. If you are going to be a late check-in, we will give you the code to our lockbox located at our office at 4930 Village Hill Drive, in North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. The lockbox code is reset specifically for your arrival. If you have any issues with the lockbox please call 800-548-9904 for assistance.

Most units are not pet friendly. Please ask us if you need a pet friendly property. We do have a select number of properties that will accept pets with a non-refundable pet fee.

All of the condos rented at Barefoot Resort are NON smoking. If smoking is detected in any of the units a $200 charge will be charged to the credit card that is on file.

Unfortunately, RVs, motorcycles, and trailers are not permitted on Barefoot Resort property and will be towed if the guest is found in violation of this regulation. Golf carts are not allowed on the Resort as well unless you are an owner.

In order to make a reservation with our company the guest must be at least 25 years old.

Barefoot Resort has a shuttle that will drive your family to the Oceanfront (in peak season) and to our outstanding Barefoot Landing shops, attractions, and restaurants. It runs every hour starting at 9am and it is only available at the golf villas. The North Tower and Yacht Club units no longer have shuttle service effective May 2015. Shuttle will stop & pick-up at Golf Driving Range & Barefoot Landing upon request. Rider must tell driver upon entering shuttle. The last shuttle leaves the Public Access area at the beach to bring you back to the Resort at 4:30 pm.
